Getting The Support You Need
Please check the Knowledgebase(kb) and other links for any network issues (scheduled or otherwise), as well as information on setting up your email or any other general questions which may already be answered. If you cannot find what you're looking for, please contact us or submit a support ticket.
While we try and answer support requests as quickly as possible (Usually within the same or next business day), there are times in which it may take longer than usual. We ask that you please do not submit additional new tickets. (You may however update an existing support ticket via the client interface).
