If a service is showing as down, please refresh the page to ensure it wasn't a hicup while quering the server remotely. Also please check any open network issues we may currently be aware of. If the service doesn't come back online within one or two minutes - (We are usually automatically alerted by the system), but please feel free to submit a support ticket.
Server Updates
Server software is typically updated once per week unless important security bulletins demand immediate deployment. Occasionally kernel updates
are necessary which do require the server to be rebooted. Any upgrade (software/hardware) that requires the server status to be interrupted is
typically done during off-peak hours and will be noted in our scheduled network issues page.
(Affected accounts will typically be notified 24-48 hours in advance of any scheduled downtime).
